Per-channel VPN routes

Each channel keeps its own country gateway. US, UK, India, Pakistan, South Africa and other routes can run at the same time.

No global VPN switchingChanging Willow to the US route does not change Sky Sports on UK or another channel on India. Assigned routes fail closed instead of leaking over the direct connection.

No VPN profilesAdd a Surfshark/Gluetun proxy route, test its country, then assign it to channels.
